REDILA CORPORATION operates online directory platforms that provide digital exposure and promotional visibility for businesses, organizations, and public profiles.
Once a listing, advertisement, or promotional placement has been published or made publicly visible, the service is considered partially or fully delivered, as the client has already received digital exposure.
For this reason, directory advertising, featured listings, sponsored placements, and promotional listings may not be eligible for refund once activated or published, even if the listing is later removed or cancelled by the client.
REDILA CORPORATION provides digital platforms that connect users with businesses, organizations, and service providers.
Transactions, agreements, or services conducted directly between users and third-party businesses listed on our platforms are solely the responsibility of those parties.
REDILA CORPORATION is not responsible for refunds related to third-party services or products purchased outside the platform.
Some listings and profiles appearing on REDILA CORPORATION platforms may be compiled from public records, publicly available information, or submitted data from third parties.
Where information is part of the public record or publicly available, REDILA CORPORATION may retain such information in the interest of public transparency, information accessibility, and digital archiving.
Requests related to corrections or removal of information should follow the procedures outlined in the Content Removal Request policy within the Legal Center.
REDILA CORPORATION reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
