REFUND POLICY

    • eKasal.com
    • Gobyerno.com
    • Eleksyon.com
    • and other digital services within the REDILA CORPORATION Digital Ecosystem.
 

By purchasing services from any REDILA CORPORATION platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

  1. Eligibility for Refund

Customers may request a refund within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of purchase.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The request must be submitted within the refund eligibility period.
    • Valid proof of purchase must be provided.
    • The service must not have been fully delivered, activated, or completed.

Refund requests submitted after 15 calendar days from the purchase date may no longer be eligible for refund.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
    • Refund processing may take 7 to 15 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
 

REDILA CORPORATION is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or financial institutions.

  1. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may not be eligible for refund once delivered, activated, or consumed. These may include but are not limited to:

  • Digital advertising placements
    • Featured listings
    • Sponsored listings
    • Sponsored articles or promotional content
    • Promotional campaigns already executed
    • QR code generation services
    • Custom design or development services
    • Paid directory upgrades or premium listings
 

Once these services have been published or activated, they may no longer qualify for refund.

  1. Directory Advertising and Listing Exposure

REDILA CORPORATION operates online directory platforms that provide digital exposure and promotional visibility for businesses, organizations, and public profiles.

Once a listing, advertisement, or promotional placement has been published or made publicly visible, the service is considered partially or fully delivered, as the client has already received digital exposure.

For this reason, directory advertising, featured listings, sponsored placements, and promotional listings may not be eligible for refund once activated or published, even if the listing is later removed or cancelled by the client.

  1. Third-Party Transactions

REDILA CORPORATION provides digital platforms that connect users with businesses, organizations, and service providers.

Transactions, agreements, or services conducted directly between users and third-party businesses listed on our platforms are solely the responsibility of those parties.

REDILA CORPORATION is not responsible for refunds related to third-party services or products purchased outside the platform.

  1. Public Information and Data Sources

Some listings and profiles appearing on REDILA CORPORATION platforms may be compiled from public records, publicly available information, or submitted data from third parties.

Where information is part of the public record or publicly available, REDILA CORPORATION may retain such information in the interest of public transparency, information accessibility, and digital archiving.

Requests related to corrections or removal of information should follow the procedures outlined in the Content Removal Request policy within the Legal Center.
