To start of with, I think everyone or mostly all of us, not realizing that we have participate to affiliate marketing.

For instance, your an agent for a housing developer, then eventually you have referred a client that bought a house from that housing developer, in return you earn a referral fee or might say give you a good finder’s reward.
And that is AFFILIATE MARKETING, all about!
You’re “getting paid” by recommending a product or service to other people.

Let’s take a another look at an example…
Let may say you want to buy a mobile phone but you couldn’t decide which brand and which model to buy. You’re struggling between Apple or Samsung.
What’s the first thing that you’ll look for?
You’ll go to the internet and go to any search engine like Yahoo and type in something like “Best Mobile phone brand or “Apple vs Samsung”.

If you eventually purchased your mobile phone online, some affiliate marketer will be making money because of you buying that mobile phone that you choose from.

Let’s take it into action, how does affiliate marketing do?

To start with, affiliate marketing is the process of promoting other company’s products/services and earn commissions.
Back in the case of your chosen brand of phone, when you did your research online , the fact things you are reading about that certain brand of phone could be written by an affiliate marketer. Or the person doing a mobile tech comparison video on YouTube may have an affiliate link in their description for you to click on and have them earn commissions.
